OTEC Prazisionsfinish GmbH developed ECO series disc finishing machines and this makes using of disc finishing technologies possible for small and medium sized entreprises. ECO mini is the first model for this kind and so good with the process of polishing jewellery. ECO maxi series machines (produced in 2013) being used a lot due to their 6 litres volume and the main frames that can be used for wet, dry and magnetic processes at the same time. ECO Maxi series machines are exteremely cost effective with the ability of doing three type of process. ECO 9/18 disc finishing machines which have the feature of concurrent execution with CNC process stations are the last member of this branch. By the help of this machines process can be done without block finishing.
Patented gap adjustment system by means of a set screw
This makes adjusting the gap child's play. The gap can easly and quickly be adjusted from 3 mm to 0.4 mm depending on the customer's requirements.
